He is a children’s book author, illustrator and filmmaker. He has created characters such as Oscar the Possum and Domingo Teporingo, as well as those starring in Dr. Gecko’s Show, a TV series developed by CONACYT and INMEGEN. Alongside producer and animator Carlos Azcuaga, he directed and wrote several short films. In the meantime, he has brought animation, illustration and literature workshops to children in communities all across Mexico.
