Author, director, actor and project manager for La Baracca-Teatro Testoni Ragazzi di Bologna founded in 1976. In 1986, he created the project “The theatre and the very young”, dedicated to children aged 0-3. Since 2004, he has been the artistic director of the International Festival for young audiences “Visioni di futuro, visioni di teatro”. Since 2004, he has created and coordinated four large European cooperation projects called “Small size”, all aimed at developing performing arts for early years. Currently, he is the project manager of the European project “Mapping, a map for performing arts for early years”. He wrote 63 theatrical texts for children and young audiences, of which 35 are for toddlers.
