This year’s edition of the Festival will be held in a hybrid form. Films will be available on the Festival website alekino.com.

Yes, ‘Triple Trouble’ (directed by Marta Karwowska) and ‘Black Mill’ (directed by Mariusz Palej) will be available with Polish Sign Language translation and audiodescription.
Access tickets can only be purchased by holders of myAleKino! user accounts on the alekino.com website. The tickets can be purchased before the start of each screening.
You can pay for the tickets from your myAleKino! panel.
Payments should be made within 15 minutes after items have been added to the cart. After this time, the order will be canceled.
Access to one film screening costs PLN 10.
Tickets to online screenings are non-refundable.
Ticket sales start at 1:00 p.m. on 17 November 2020.
The number of tickets to each screening is limited. Tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis.
The Organiser reserves the right to terminate ticket sales without cause and at any time.
Yes. In order to obtain an invoice, please contact the Bilety24.pl service by email.
To access the online player and watch films, you need to create a user account in the myAleKino! panel on the alekino.com website and use the panel to buy a ticket to the film you would like to see. On the day of the screening, log in to your myAleKino! account within the scheduled time block. Your tickets will be available under ‘My tickets’, where you will find the ‘Watch’ button.
Note: you can only play the film in the scheduled 4-hour time block:
10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
2:00–6:00 p.m.
6:00–10:00 p.m.

Yes, online screenings are only available to registered and logged-in users. You can create an account at: alekino.com/myalekino.
The account of a Festival guest or participant of AleKino! Industry / Education Pro online is intended for representatives of the film and the audiovisual industries, art students, participants of AleKino! Industry / Education Pro online, special guests of the Festival, critics and media representatives, hence such an account must be approved by the administrator. When the administrator approves your account, you can purchase industry accreditation.
No, tickets can only be bought before the respective time block starts.
Yes. If you start watching a film within any particular time block, you can finish watching even after the block has ended. However, it is important that you do not close the website where the film is being played after the end of the time block. If you need to stop for any reason, use pause. If you close the website, you will not be able to continue watching.
Films are screened in 4-hour time blocks. This means that if the screening is scheduled for 10:00 a.m., you can START watching it no later than at 2:00 p.m.

No, only users who log in to their myAleKino! account from the territory of Poland can access Festival screenings.
Films can be watched in the following browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Opera. We recommend that you install the latest version of the browser.
Films are played in HD quality adapted to the connection speed at the time of streaming – the highest quality: 1080p, the lowest: 540p.
The minimum connection speed required is 2 Mbps, but we recommend that you use a connection with a speed higher than 10 Mbps.
The quality of the film-sharing service may depend on the technical parameters of the Internet connection and the technical parameters of the device used to access the Festival films.
You can connect your computer to your TV set using an HDMI cable.
No, you can only watch films on one device at a time.
Yes, you can pause or rewind any film you have access to. However, if you close the browser, you will only be able to play the film again within the specific time block in which the film is scheduled.
Films are only available within the scheduled time block. Each title will only be activated at the start of the respective film block. Detailed information about the dates and times of screenings can be found on each film’s respective page. If you experience problems loading the screening, please refresh the page, close any tabs you are not using or try another browser. If the problem persists, contact us at support@alekino.com.
In the email, please state which browser and system you are using, provide the result from fast.com (Internet connection speed testing website), as well as your myAleKino! account login and details of the screening (title, date and time of screening).
